Members who have purchased our annual membership plan.
Membership is available to individuals aged 18 or above.
- Go to “Member Sign-up” at the right bottom corner of our website.
- Fill in the Sign-up form.
- Tick the box to accept the privacy policy and terms and conditions.
- Click “Submit”.
Merchants gain access to discounts, vouchers, and cashback provided by our online and in-store merchants.
To register with Winngoo Malaysia, users need to purchase an annual subscription.
Members receive the discount agreed upon between Winngoo and the merchants.
Yes, Membership can be canceled at any time.
Members can receive a full refund if they cancel within 14 days of registration.
Winngoo Card
It’s a discount card that gives you access to exclusive discounts, vouchers, and cashback.
No. All registered members receive the card free of charge after signing up.
Members will receive their card after completing the 14-day cooling-off period following registration.
Members can use it at any online or in-store merchant affiliated with Winngoo
No. The membership card is not transferable.
Winngoo will send the card to the member’s home address by post.
Members should immediately email customerservices@winngoo.com

Members can enjoy discounts in any online or in-store merchant associated with Winngoo Malaysia.
Cashbacks
Members can earn cashback in any online store affiliated with Winngoo.
The cashback might be transferred to our contributor's bank account.
Vouchers
Members can receive vouchers from any online shop affiliated with Winngoo.
Referral Cashback
It is the cashback members earn for referring new users to Winngoo
No. Members can refer as many people as they like.
Referral cashback will be transferred to their bank account.
Members will receive their cashback once the referred person becomes a Winngoo member.

Winngoo merchants are all registered businesses, both online and offline.
Winngoo has two merchant categories. To sign up:

Merchants decide the discount they wish to offer to members.
Businesses are listed under categories on our platform, and members can locate them by entering their location. Merchants also receive a window sticker to display at their store entrance so members can easily identify them as Winngoo partners.
